Tool song meanings update:: I will no longer support "song meanings." With this said, I will not add it, why? Well mainly because I came to the conclusion of why do you want the song meaning? Why!? So you can focus your mind's vision on one thought that supposedly is the meaning of the song? I recently learned this while I was writing one of my pieces. It took a person to ask me "what are you speaking about in your writings? Is it about death and depression?" I knew right from the start he was wrong, even though it really does sound like it is just about another depressed soul with suicidal thoughts it really is not it. Also, I did not have the answer myself, I simply write because it alleviates some personal issues, thoughts or whatever off my head. Then today, I re-read my work, it all made sense to me what I was writing about and it clicked and I understood. The point is, it is exactly what you hear everywhere, it is what the songs, pieces, or writings mean to you, that is the best explanation for a song than a single person's interpretation. Why do you think Maynard is never so quick to answer a question directed to a meaning of a video or a song? If asked about something in a video he usually answers with a question. So when people search on Google with "tool song meanings" I am the 2nd one that comes up. I first was feeling bad because I did not have them when the description says "Tool Song meanings." Well fans, don't be pissed at me, I am just keeping it real and in touch with one. If you wish to email me about how one of their songs makes you feel or means to YOU, I will read it, and share my thoughts, and if I think it is worth it, I will maybe post them and create a new section of my website just for it (don't count on it though), but at least use grammar and proper spelling, I do not want to decipher the email ok?
